Welcome to Poliada LTD (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website poliada.org and our games and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Early Alpha Notice. Our game may be in an early alpha stage. Features may change, be removed, or stop working, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that gameplay progress can be restored.
Privacy. Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it on our website.
2. Eligibility
You must comply with applicable laws when using the Services. If you are under the age required to consent to online services in your country, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Accounts and Progress
No Accounts. Our game does not require account registration or login.
Progress. Where supported, gameplay progress may be stored locally on your device and/or through platform mechanisms. Because we do not provide accounts, we may not be able to restore progress if the app is deleted, the device is reset, or you switch devices.
4. Game Features and Purchases
a. In-Game Purchases (if available)
If in-game purchases are offered, they are processed by the platform provider (Apple App Store / Google Play) and are subject to the platform’s payment terms and refund policies. Availability, pricing, and items may change over time.
b. Updates and Changes
We may release updates to improve gameplay, add or remove features, fix bugs, or enhance stability. You understand that content and features may change and that some features may be discontinued.
5. Website Content (Landing Page, Documentation, Blog)
The website may include product descriptions, documentation, articles, and other materials for informational purposes. We may update, remove, or change website content at any time.

a. Expected Behavior
You agree to use the Services responsibly and lawfully. You must not interfere with the normal operation of the Services or attempt to harm other users or our infrastructure.

- cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized tools to modify gameplay;
- harass, threaten, or abuse other users, developers, or staff;
- attempt to bypass security or access restricted areas or systems;
- upload or distribute malware or harmful code;
- scrape, crawl, or overload the website in a way that disrupts service;
- use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
c. Enforcement
